motivation encourages action and allows a person to accept potential challenges because they are able to persevere.

Set a Goal

Find a specific goal and identify the reason it is so important to you; set clear intentions. In addition, determine where you struggle to reach the goal (fear of failing, discomfort, inability to visualize how to reach it). Know your overall "why" can change and be ready to face these changes.

Discover a Routine

Set a routine to help you reach your goal and plan to set aside time to do it each day. Remember achieving goals in the future starts today; if the goal seems far away, know what you do today will help you reach it.

Stay Focused

Maintain focus on your actions toward reaching your goal rather than the struggle or the desire to be doing something else. Try to enjoy the activity and appreciate the moment. Motivate yourself for one or two tasks at a time and work on taking the first step first.
